Winter has arrived and with it some wonderful sledding snow! We continue to play outside in our nearby woods building forts and playing in imaginary worlds. As the evenings are colder and dark, our soccer games have transitioned indoors we have begun creating more art inside as well.
Please continue sending your children with appropriate winter gear and a water bottle. Insulated boots, jacket, snow pants, hats and gloves are essential to have fun outdoors. If you have outgrown children’s winter clothing please consider donating it to Apple Tree. I will work to supply gear to families that could use support, please reach out with what your child needs and the sizes you are looking for.

Friday 12/20: Winter Solstice Celebration
Thank you to everyone who joined us for our potluck on 11/26, the students always enjoy getting to show families around our space and share treats together. On Friday 12/20 from 4-5:30pm we will have a variety of cookies and hot cocoa to enjoy along with games in the MES gym. We hope to see you there!
